Through Legislation, education, coaching, and professional care, the OAR Foundation is committed to helping our military family win their battles.

The Foundation is also looking to continue the mission by helping the thousands of refugees who are transitioning to a new life and the many more who continue to live under the threat of oppressive regimes.  Supporting this cause will help many who are learning to adjust to a new life and many who are still fighting for their freedom.
